Everyman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday 19 June 2025 at Everyman Cinema, 5 Holly Bush Vale, Hampstead London NW3 6TX.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 2 January 2025, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will be posted today, 20 May 2025, to those shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic communications.
