Everyman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, announces that, on 27 May 2026, Charles Dorfman, Interim Creative Director and Executive Director, purchased 67,649 Ordinary Shares at a price of 35.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Mr. Dorfman has a direct interest in 6,288,759 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.88 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
