Appointment of Non-Executive Director, Update on Delisting Consultation, Notice of Results

Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Everyman Media Group plc (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Lewis to the Board as Non-Executive Director, effective from 28 August 2026.  Mr Lewis is the Managing Director of Blue Coast Capital Properties Limited and is an alternate director to Michael Rosehill who is stepping back for health reasons.

Mr Philip Jacobson is assuming the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Risk Committee, on an interim basis, effective from 28 August 2026. 

Update on Delisting Consultation

The Board continues to engage with stakeholders regarding the potential cancellation of trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM, (the "Delisting"). A further announcement in relation to a Delisting is expected to be made in due course.

Revised Notice of Interim Results

The Company further announces that it intends to publish its interim results for the 26 weeks ended 2 July 2026 on 3 September 2026 instead of 24 September 2026, as previously announced on 27 July 2026 (the "Interim Trading Update"). The trading performance of the Group remains in line with guidance provided at the time of the Interim Trading Update.
