Everyman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, announces that on 16 June 2026, Charles Dorfman, Interim Creative Director and Executive Director, purchased a total of 1,123,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 33.63 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchases, Mr. Dorfman has a direct interest in 7,434,809 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.13 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
