Trading Update

 

everplay group plc, a leading global independent ("indie") games developer and publisher of premium video games, working simulation games and children's edutainment apps, announces that since the publication of its interim results, trading has continued to be very strong. Both Wardogs and Hell Let Loose: Vietnam continue to perform ahead of expectations, while back catalogue performance remains resilient.

Hell Let Loose: Vietnam has recently exceeded one million copies sold across PC and console, while Wardogs has sold approximately three million copies in Early Access on PC.

While the important final quarter includes a number of high profile launches from major studios, the Board nevertheless expects revenues and adjusted EBITDA for the FY 2026 financial year to be materially ahead of the current market expectations1.
