Trading update

everplay, a leading global independent ("indie") developer and publisher of premium video games, working simulation games and children's edutainment apps, provides the following trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2026 ("H1 2026").

The Group has traded in line with the Board's expectations during H1 2026, supported by new releases, a solid performance from the back catalogue, which has been underpinned by ongoing resilience in key franchises and good contributions from last year's new releases, coupled with a pleasing performance in the summer sales.

The Group's major releases are taking place across H2 2026, including the first-party IP titles Hell Let Loose: Vietnam and Bus Simulator 27, and third-party titles including Wardogs (Early Access) and Silver Pines. Hell Let Loose: Vietnam remains scheduled for a full launch on 13 August 2026, following a successful cross-platform playtest last weekend, with wishlist and pre-order numbers highly encouraging.

As a result of the Group's performance in H1 2026, positive momentum going into H2 2026, and confidence in the new release pipeline in H2 2026, the Board reiterates that it expects full year results to be in line with market expectations1. As previously communicated, the delivery of results is expected to be H2 weighted, partly reflecting the revised launch date for Hell Let Loose: Vietnam, (previously June).

The Group expects to announce its interim results in September 2026.

1 Company-compiled consensus shows FY26 revenues of £175.3 million and adjusted EBITDA of £50.7 million.
