everplay, a leading global independent ("indie") developer and publisher of premium video games, working simulation games and children's edutainment apps, today announces that the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("Annual Report"), Notice of Annual General Meeting and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting have been posted to shareholders.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled to be held at 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 21 May 2026 at the offices of Peel Hunt, 7^th floor, 100 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 2AT.

An Extraordinary General Meeting, to consider proposed special resolutions, will be held at 9.30 a.m. (or, if later, immediately following the conclusion or adjournment of the AGM).

The Annual Report and Notice of Meetings are now available to view on the Company's website at: www.everplaygroupplc.com/investors

The voting results of all resolutions put before the 2026 AGM will be announced shortly after the meeting and published on the Company's website.
