everplay, a leading global independent ("indie") developer and publisher of premium video games, working simulation games and children's edutainment apps confirms the following timetable for its final dividend of 1.9p per share. The proposed final dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and, including the 1.0p interim dividend, takes the total dividend for FY2025 to 2.9p per share.
