everplay group plc, a leading global independent ("indie") games developer and publisher of premium video games, working simulation games and children's edutainment apps announces that Rashid Varachia (Group CFO and COO) has been awarded 10,630 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") after deductions for tax liabilities in respect of his bonus for FY 2025 (the "Award").

This is in line with the Company's Directors' Remuneration Policy, which allows for 20% of the awarded bonus for the CFO/COO to be deferred into Ordinary Shares with a two-year holding period, with malus and clawback provisions for that period applying to this Award.

Following this Award, Mr Varachia has a beneficial interest of 10,630 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
