On 13 February 2024, the Company was notified by Penny Judd, a non-executive director of the Company, that, on 12 February 2024, the 24,242 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by her were the subject of an account transfer at nil consideration.

Penny Judd's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares did not change as a result of this transfer and remains at 77,717 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares.
