Investment in Academic Resource Directory


Eurovestech notes the recent article in the Sunday Times and is pleased to
confirm that in April 2000 it provided seed financing in return for a 40 per
cent. interest in Boxmind Limited ('Boxmind'), a company which aims to provide
the premier directory of academic resources available on-line.

Boxmind has now completed a unique searchable worldwide directory comprising
of 17,000 high quality academic resources, selected from an initial database
of 120,000 sites, and covering 27 core subject areas. The directory is
available at http://www.boxmind.com.

In recent months, Boxmind has recruited a team of internationally renowned
academics to its Editorial Board, including Professor Richard Dawkins,
Professor Peter Atkins, Professor John Kay and Dr David Womersley. Professor
Niall Ferguson, Professor of Political and Financial History at the University
of Oxford heads the Editorial Board and he is also a director of Boxmind.
Boxmind's Chief Executive Officer is Richard Halkett, who gained a Double
First in History from Merton College, Oxford.
