EUROVESTECH PLC ('Eurovestech' or 'the Company')
Non-executive Directors' Remuneration
The Company announces today that Mr Richard Grogan, Mr Alfred Elbrick and Mr
Quentin Solt, who together comprise the Company's non-executive directors,
have agreed with effect from 1st September, 2001, until further notice, to
receive ordinary shares in the Company in lieu of their directors' fees
totalling £15,000 each per annum.
The number of ordinary shares to be issued will be calculated using the
average closing mid-market price of the Company's shares in the five days
before the fees are payable.
The ordinary shares will be issued under the general authority granted on 16th
July, 2001.
