Investment in Boxmind Limited



Eurovestech plc is pleased to report that Boxmind Limited ('Boxmind'), the
rich-media publisher, software house and online education consultancy, last
week received further third party equity investment of £100,000 at a pre-money
valuation of £8.1 million.  In April 2000, Eurovestech provided £175,000 seed
financing to Boxmind in return for a 40 per cent interest in the ordinary
share capital.  In January 2001, Eurovestech invested an additional £200,000
at a pre-money valuation of £3.1m.  The new investment values the enlarged
share capital of Boxmind at £8.2 million, following which Eurovestech will
have an interest of 40.3 per cent.



In May 2001, the Boxmind made its first sales of a combined software and
content package to a number of prestigious UK academic institutions. In June
2001, the Boxmind individual subscription service was launched, allowing
non-institutional users to access the e-lecture collection. Boxmind has also
signed a co-branding marketing and promotional agreement with Times Newspapers
Limited.



Boxmind continues to sign up internationally renowned academics including
Professor Germaine Greer and Professor Susan Greenfield to expand its
e-lecture archive and next month will have a collection of over 35 e-lectures.



The management team has also been strengthened with the recruitment of Wendy
Rimmington (Sales and Business Development Director), formerly Director of
Strategic Alliances North America for Pearson's FT Knowledge and previously
Business Development and Sales Director for Penguin UK.
