The Company was notified earlier today that, following recent purchases, CG
Asset Management Limited now holds 13,000,000 ordinary shares in Eurovestech
plc, representing 5.72 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, of
which 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares are held on behalf of Capital Gearing Trust Plc
and 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares are held on behalf of C G Portfolio Fund Limited.
