The Company was notified on 28th May, 2003, that on 19th May, 2003 Capital
Gearing Trust Plc disposed of 2,067,000 Ordinary Shares and now holds 11,000,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 4.84 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
