Charitable Donations

Eurovestech PLC 2 April 2001 For Immediate Release 2nd April, 2001 EUROVESTECH PLC ('Eurovestech' or 'the Company') In accordance with the Company's stated intention to issue new ordinary shares in order to make charitable donations, as set out in its Prospectus dated 6th March, 2000, the Company announces that it has issued 600,000 new ordinary shares, divided equally between six charitable organisations, pursuant to the authority granted by a resolution dated 21st February, 2000. Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive of the Company has paid the £6,000 nominal value of the new ordinary shares to facilitate their issues. In addition, Richard Bernstein has gifted 600,000 existing ordinary shares from his personal shareholding divided equally between the same charities. He is now interested in 59,400,000 ordinary shares representing 26.9 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. As a result of the above transactions each of the following charities will receive 200,000 Ordinary Shares; * Leukaemia Research Fund * Leuka 2000 * Listening Ear Merseyside * International Paralympic Equestrian Committee * Merlin Emergency Relief International * Nordoff - Robbins Music Therapy It is expected that dealings in the 600,000 new ordinary shares of the Company will commence on 10th April, 2001.
