European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX and AIM: EMH, OTCQX: EMHXY and EMHLF) ("European Metals" or the "Company") advises that it is seeking shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, 29 May 2026 ("Meeting") to issue a total of 3,600,000 performance rights to Directors Keith Coughlan and Richard Pavlik, as per an ASX lodgement made by the Company today - https://cdn-api.markitdigital.com/apiman-gateway/ASX/asx-research/1.0/file/2924-03084046-6A1322831&v=undefined.
