Eurofima
05 June 2025

EUROFIMA's Chief Financial Officer, Haldun Kuru, announced today that he will step down from his position as CFO on 30 November 2025 latest to pursue activities outside EUROFIMA and that he will continue to perform his duties with full commitment and mandate until that date.

Haldun joined EUROFIMA in June 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. Together with his teams, he has further developed EUROFIMA's enabling functions such as Accounting, FP&A, Risk Management, Back Office, IT and HR in order to meet the constantly growing demands of a supranational company. The main focus of his work included the introduction of efficient working tools and systems, value-based employee processes, modern and forward-looking financial and risk management and a modern and secure IT environment. Also, together with the CEO and the Board of Directors, he was strongly involved in the calibration and execution of EUROFIMA's strategy.

A delegation of the Board of Directors has started its consultations regarding the succession of the CFO position and will make further announcements in due course.
