Eurocell plc announces it has been notified that Michael Scott, Chief Financial Officer, exercised options over Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each ("Shares") in the Company under the Eurocell plc Save As You Earn 2015 Scheme ("SAYE"). The options were granted on 14 April 2023 with an exercise price of £1.108 and vested on 1^st June 2026 in accordance with the rules of the SAYE scheme following the completion of the relevant savings contract. The Shares acquired have been retained by Michael Scott.

Following this transaction, Michael Scott's total reportable shareholding in the Company is 213,382 Ordinary Shares (including those held by PCAs). This equates to 0.21% of the voting rights of the Company.

The notification set out below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details.
