Essentra plc (the "Company") announces that in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 30 September 2026 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 286,700,137 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Of these Ordinary Shares, 3,456,557 were held in Treasury.

 

Accordingly, as at 30 September 2026 the total number of voting rights in the Company was 284,243,580.

The figure of 284,243,580 should be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest in Essentra plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
