Essentra plc (the Company") announces that in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 28 February 2026 the Company's issued share capital consiststed of 287,988,801 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Of these Ordinary Shares, 3,127,057 are held in Treasury.

Accordingly, as at 28 February 2026 there were 284,861,744 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The figure of 284,861,744 should be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest in Essentra plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
