Equipmake announces that it has been notified of the following acquisitions of ordinary shares in the Company undertaken by Tim Metcalfe, Non-Executive Chairman, and Jane Metcalfe, Mr. Metcalfe's wife, details of which are set out in the notification below.

Following these purchases, Mr and Mrs Metcalfe together hold 1,380,088 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
