Further to the announcement made by EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") on 13 February 2026, the Company announces that it does not intend to complete any further purchases of the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company will announce any future intention to purchase Ordinary Shares in due course.

Since 13 February 2026, the Company has purchased 1,245,381 Ordinary Shares, in aggregate, representing 4.5% of the number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, at the start of the period.

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 26,534,586. The number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury is 8,379,981.
