                     SHARE CAPITAL AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS



The Company is pleased to announce that the placing of 56,440,000 new ordinary
shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company announced on 24 January
2008 has now settled.



The Company notifies the market, in accordance with the Transparency Directive's
transitional provision 6, that the Company's issued share capital consists of
201,628,824 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, with each share carrying the right
to one vote. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.



Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 201,628,824.



The above figure should be used by shareholders when calculating whether they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
