Appointment of Liquidator

ENGAGE XR Holdings Plc, a Metaverse / Spatial Computing technology company, announces further to the announcement made on 1 September 2026 that it has today appointed Colin Gaynor of Resolute Advisory, Suite 35, 3 Marine Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, Ireland as liquidator, to facilitate the court approved liquidation in accordance with Irish Law.

As a consequence of the above, Cavendish Capital Markets Limited has resigned as Nominated Adviser with immediate effect. The Board does not anticipate appointing a new Nominated Adviser at this time.

Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within six weeks of today's date, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
