energy B plc (AQSE: NRGB) announces that, further to its announcement on 12 June 2026, the Company will hold its General Meeting ("GM") at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, situated at the Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW, on 15 July 2026 at 11:00 a.m. BST.
