London, 7 April 2026 - Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in respect of the release of shares which vested on 2 April 2024 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan relating to the period 2021-2023 (the "LTIP") and that have been subject to a 2-year holding period. The release of shares for the LTIP includes dividend equivalent shares in respect of the interim dividends announced by the Company on 8 September 2022, 17 November 2022, 9 February 2023, 18 May 2023, 7 September 2023, 16 November 2023, 22 February 2024, 23 May 2024, 11 September 2024, 28 November 2024, 27 February 2025, 22 May 2025, 11 September 2025, 26 November 2025  and 16 February 2026 (the "Interim Dividends").
