London, 31 March 2026 - Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in respect of the vesting of shares for the Company's 2024 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP") relating to the conditional awards announced on 2 April 2024 for the financial year ending 31 December 2023. The vesting of shares for the DBP includes dividend equivalent shares in respect of the interim dividends announced by the Company on 23 May 2024, 11 September 2024, 28 November 2024, 27 February 2025, 22 May 2025, 11 September 2025 and 26 November 2025 (the "Interim Dividends"), and the sale of sufficient shares by certain PDMRs to cover income tax and national insurance liabilities.
