POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

EMV Capital Plc (AIM: EMVC), the deep tech and life sciences venture capital investment group, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have today been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 11.00 am on Wednesday 17 June 2026 at Panmure Liberum Limited, Ropemaker Place, Level 12, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY.
