Portfolio Update

As part of its ongoing investor engagement programme, EMV Capital plc (AIM: EMVC), the deep tech and life sciences VC investment group, is pleased to announce that it will host a virtual Meet the Portfolio event on 27 July 2026 at 2.00 p.m. The session will provide investors with greater insight into two of its portfolio companies, AMR Bio and ProAxsis.

Virtual Meet the Portfolio - AMR Bio and ProAxsis

The online event will take place via the Investor Meet Company platform and will be hosted by Dr Ilian Iliev, CEO of EMV Capital plc, who will be joined by:

·      Nigel Brooksby, Executive Chair of AMR Bio, a clinical phase biotechnology company dedicated to infection prevention, who will provide an update on the progress of its XF-73 asset as it advances towards Phase 3 clinical trials, and

·      Dr Louise Ryan Murphy, Managing Director of ProAxsis, a commercial protease biomarker-led research company supporting drug development and clinical research through specialist biomarker insights, who will provide an update on the Company's repositioning and recent progress, including its growth in the COPD market through a clinical study with Imperial College London.
