Empresaria Group plc (AIM: EMR), the international specialist staffing group, announces that its 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at 1:00pm on Monday 29 June 2026 at the Company's registered address at Old Church House, Sandy Lane, Crawley Down, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 4HS.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.empresaria.com and have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy.
