Elementis plc ("Elementis" or the "Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Christine Soden as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.

Christine has held the role of interim Senior Independent Director since 18 March 2026. Christine has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director since 1 November 2020 and is Chair of the Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees, and the Designated Director for Employee Engagement.
