EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF) is pleased to announce that Lurene Joseph joins the Board as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Lurene has held Chief Executive positions at Leeds and Partners Limited and the London Development Agency, a strategic organisation responsible for jobs, skills and economic growth in London.  At both organisations, Lurene was instrumental in bringing about transformational change and driving value with a focus on delivery. Prior to joining the London Development Agency, Lurene was a member of the management team at Royal Dutch Shell Plc and a Vice President at TXU Energy Retail Company LLC.
