BOARD APPOINTMENTS

Further to the announcement released on 4 September 2026, the Board of EJFI, which primarily provides investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of regulated debt issued by smaller U.S. banks and insurance companies, and participation in certain management fee income streams of EJF Capital, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bronwyn Curtis OBE and Martin Rowley as Non-Executive Directors of the Company, with effect from 1 October 2026, having received confirmation from the Jersey Financial Services Commission that it has no objection to their appointments.

The Directors welcome Ms Curtis and Mr Rowley to the Board of EJFI and look forward to working with them.

In accordance with the Company's voluntary compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.8R, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed in relation to Ms Curtis and Mr Rowley.

The JFSC is protected by both the Collective Investment Funds (Jersey) Law 1988 and the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998, as amended, against liability arising from the discharge of its functions under such laws.
