Posting of Circular and notice of General Meeting
eEnergy Group plc (AIM: EAAS) ("eEnergy", the "Company" or, together with its subsidiary undertakings, the "Group"), the net zero energy services provider, confirms that, further to its announcement earlier today, it has today posted to shareholders a circular (“Circular”) convening the General Meeting.
