Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

 

The Board of eEnergy (AIM: EAAS, is pleased to confirm the appointment of John Gahan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect. John has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Interim CEO since the resignation of the previous CEO in May. His role as CFO will not be filled on the Board at this time with the financial management of the Group being carried out by existing staff.
