CAMBRIDGE, UK: EDX Medical (TIDM: EDX), which develops innovative digital diagnostic products and services supporting personalised treatments for cancer and infectious diseases, provides the following update pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2g of the AIM Rules.

Jason Christopher Holt, non-executive chairman of EDX Medical, was a director of European Cargo Limited (ECL) and resigned that directorship on September 5, 2025. ECL subsequently entered into administration on June 3, 2026. There is no business relationship between EDX Medical and ECL.
