Q&A session with Chair Jonathan Simpson-Dent at 2pm on 9 January 2026

Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust plc ("EWIT" or "the Company") will be hosting a Q&A session providing the opportunity for shareholders to ask the Chair, Jonathan Simpson-Dent, any questions they may have in relation to EWIT and Saba's proposed resolutions to vote off the entire independent Board of the Company and replace it with their own nominees at a requisitioned general meeting on 20 January 2026.

The Company will host the live Q&A session via Investor Meet Company on the 9 January 2026, at 2pm GMT.

The Q&A session is open to all existing and potential shareholders.

Questions can be submitted prior to the event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 5pm GMT on the 8 January 2026, or at any time during the live presentation.

Voting for the requisitioned general meeting closes at 12 noon on 17 January 2026, although please be aware that some platforms have voting deadlines as early as 12 January 2026.
