The Company is pleased to announce that Singer Capital Markets has been appointed as sole corporate broker and financial adviser, with immediate effect.  

The Directors of the Company would like to place on record their thanks for the assistance and continuity provided by the Company's outgoing broker, Deutsche Numis, during the initial phase of the Directors' appointment beginning in April 2026. This assistance has facilitated an orderly transition from the previous Board in the interests of shareholders.
