Independent Voting Advisors ISS, Glass Lewis and PIRC all recommend shareholders vote FOR the Tender Offer proposal

The Board of Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust plc (the Company or EWIT) notes the publication of the voting recommendations from independent voting advisors ISS, Glass Lewis and PIRC in relation to the Company's proposed Tender Offer.

All three independent advisors have recommended that shareholders VOTE FOR the Tender Offer. This is consistent with the unanimous recommendation of the Company's independent Board.

Jonathan Simpson-Dent, Chair of Edinburgh Worldwide commented: "We welcome the recommendation of ISS, Glass Lewis and PIRC who all advise that shareholders vote in favour of the Tender Offer. After exhausting every reasonable and equitable solution with Saba, the Tender Offer provides shareholders with a fair exit option, timed to pre-empt the high probability of a change of control at next month's AGM."

Shareholders are reminded that the deadline for voting on the Company's proposed Tender Offer is 14:00 on 8 April 2026, although some platforms may impose earlier deadlines. Separately, shareholders that wish to tender all or any of their shares must also elect to tender their shares by 13:00 on 16 April 2026.
