The Board of Directors of the Company announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday 17 June 2026 at 10.00 a.m at the offices of Apex Group located at 4th Floor, 140 Aldersgate Street, London, England, EC1A 4HY.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:

1. Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting;

2. Form of Proxy;

3. 2025 Annual Report; and

4. 2025 Annual Report in Structured Electronic Format ("ESEF").
