Highlights

·    Major construction milestone achieved at the prestigious Rolling Hills development in Tirane, Albania

·    Construction has begun on the fourth and final floor level of the first of six apartment blocks

·    Multi-building development programme with total contract value of approximately €13.2m

Eco Buildings Group plc, a UK-listed technology-led construction company focused on industrialised housing solutions, is pleased to announce a major operational milestone on its contract for the prestigious Balfin Group Rolling Hills residential development in Tirane. Balfin Group develops, builds, and manages real estate across six countries from first concept to post sale management with eco-smart standards applied throughout.

The Company is now completing the fourth and final floor structure of the first apartment block, marking further commercial progress and demonstrating Eco Buildings' growing execution capability. This fourth (including the sub ground level carpark floor) and final floor construction phase is underway, and is expected to be completed next month.

The Company has already manufactured sufficient GFRG walls to complete the construction of this first apartment block, and is now continuing to build a stockpile of walls ahead of the commencement of the second apartment block. The Company has firm contracts in place for these first two apartment blocks and expects to finalise the contracts for the remaining 4 apartment blocks with Balfin Group before the end of 2026.

Each apartment block comprises of 18 residential dwellings of approximately 100sqm each and is expected to generate approximately €2.2 million of revenue per block. The Company believes it will be able to significantly reduce future construction times going forward following system optimisation and an understanding of the specific requirements for the subsequent blocks, which are intended to be largely identical.

The apartment blocks are a precursor to a larger associated villa development, which the Company is already discussing with the developer as a further opportunity.

This Eco Buildings site demonstrates its advanced manufacturing, sustainable materials and housing delivery capability, a segment expected to benefit from long-term structural demand, as governments and developers seek faster, more efficient and more affordable solutions to housing shortages.

Through its proprietary GFRG technology, localised manufacturing model and rapid on-site assembly process, the Company is building a platform designed to address some of the construction industry's largest structural challenges, including:

·    Rising build costs

·    Labour shortages

·    Slow delivery times

·    Inconsistent build quality

·    Housing undersupply

·    Demand for lower-carbon solutions

Unlike traditional contractors focused primarily on individual projects, Eco Buildings' strategy is centred on creating a repeatable, scalable model capable of serving multiple geographies and multiple housing segments through disciplined deployment of manufacturing capacity

The Board believes that the company's ability to combine proprietary systems, manufacturing discipline and international scalability positions it well to create substantial long-term shareholder value.

Dr Etrur Albani, Executive Vice Chairman of Eco Buildings Group plc, commented:

"Rolling Hills demonstrates that our technology can compete successfully in premium residential markets while maintaining the speed, efficiency and consistency that define our proposition.

As a result of delivering this high-quality building at the speed we have, there is heightened interest in Eco's building systems locally, and Eco is the recipient of many enthusiastic developer enquiries not only in the luxury arena but from customers who have a need for affordable low cost volume housing for its employees in the infrastructure and natural resource space. With work underway on the construction of Eco's second wall manufacture production line, we expect to be able to enter into additional formal contracts for meeting this demand, as we aim to establish Eco Buildings as one of the most important next-generation housing supply platforms operating across local and international markets."
