ECO Animal Health Group plc
("ECO" or the "Company")
Renewal of revolving credit facility
ECO Animal Health Group plc (AIM: EAH), a rapidly growing global animal health company with a portfolio of marketed veterinary products and a maturing proprietary R&D pipeline, announces that it has renewed its committed revolving credit facility ("RCF") agreement with its bank, National Westminster Bank plc ("NatWest") on more favourable terms than previously existed.
The renewed facility provides for drawings of up to £10 million in flexible amounts and replaces the existing £10 million RCF which was due to expire on 30 June 2026. The Company has also renewed its existing £5m overdraft facility, maintaining total banking facilities of £15 million, with the new RCF and overdraft facility terms expiring on 30 June 2031.
The Company has not previously utilised the RCF and there are no immediate plans to make drawings under the facility; it exists to provide immediate liquidity for business expansion initiatives.
Following the positive trading update announced in March, ECO is currently preparing its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2026 and anticipates releasing these around the middle of July 2026.
