The Company announces that it has published its Notice of General Meeting (the "Notice"), which will be held at 15:00 on Wednesday 24 June 2026 at Benefact House, 2000 Pioneer Avenue, Gloucester Business Park, Brockworth, Gloucester GL3 4AW.

The Notice has today been sent to shareholders, in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and the Companies Act 2006, and a copy can be found at: https://www.ecclesiastical.com/investor-relations/
