Director Shareholding

The Board of Ebiquity announces that Stephen Thomson, a non-executive Director of the Company, has notified the Company that on 12 September 2012 he disposed of 3 million ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 90.0p per share. As a result, Stephen Thomson now has a beneficial interest in 2,302,393 ordinary shares representing 3.9% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
