Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

EARNZ plc ("EARNZ" or the "Company") (AIM: EARNZ), an energy services company whose objective is to capitalise on the drive for global decarbonisation, is pleased to announce that further to the  announcement on 11 March 2026 in connection with the Fundraising and Acquisition,  it has yesterday posted to shareholders a Circular convening the General Meeting.

The General Meeting is being held at the offices of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Governor's House, 5 Laurence Pountney Hill, London, EC4R 0BR at 10.00 a.m. on 30 March 2026. A copy of the Circular, together with the Form of Proxy, are available to be viewed on the Company's website https://earnzplc.com/.

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Appendix I of the announcement on 11 March 2026 in connection with the Fundraising and Acquisition unless the context requires otherwise.
