Eagle Eye, an AI-powered loyalty and promotions platform enabling the world's leading consumer facing brands to deliver true personalised customer engagement at scale, announces that it has applied for the admission to trading on AIM of 1,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of certain options over Ordinary Shares. Dealings are expected to commence on 9 October 2026.

 

Following the issue of the 1,000 new Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue as at the date of this notice is 30,226,571 with each share carrying the right to one vote. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 30,226,571.

 

The above figure of 30,226,571 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
