Eagle Eye, a leading provider of applied AI for marketing, enabling personalised, real-time engagement at scale, announces that it has applied for the admission to trading on AIM of 2,216 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of certain options over Ordinary Shares. Dealings are expected to commence on 23 March 2026.

Following the issue of the 2,216 new Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue as at the date of this notice is 30,188,744 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are 330,976 shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 29,857,768.

The above figure of 29,857,768 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
