Customer wins in the US and Central America

Expanding Eagle Eye’s footprint internationally

Eagle Eye, an AI-powered loyalty and promotions platform enabling the world's leading consumer facing brands to deliver personalised customer engagement at scale, today announces two new customer wins, across North and Central America, demonstrating the growing international demand for its platform.

The agreements are multi-year contracts with Stater Bros, a leading Southern California supermarket chain, and Auto Mercado, Costa Rica's premier supermarket chain. Once live, the two contracts are together expected to generate initial base annual recurring revenue (“ARR”) of c.£0.8m with the potential to deepen the accounts over time.

These wins, together with recent contract renewals with Morrisons in the UK and Musgrave Group in Ireland, and the go-lives of Subway, Kwik Trip and one of the UK’s best-known health and beauty retailers, reinforce the commercial momentum delivered in FY26 and provide a strong start to FY27.

Stater Bros

Stater Bros, a leading independent supermarket chain headquartered in Southern California, will deploy Eagle Eye’s AI-powered personalisation solution, Personalised Challenges, in support of its continued growth strategy. Stater Bros sought a new AI capability to add value for customers while driving incremental sales across its hundreds of stores by delivering true 1:1 personalisation at scale. The agreement further expands Eagle Eye's presence in North America, one of the Group's key strategic growth markets, demonstrating the increasing recognition of Eagle Eye's proposition among leading US retailers.

Auto Mercado

Auto Mercado, Costa Rica's premier supermarket chain and Eagle Eye’s first client in Central America, will integrate Eagle Eye’s Personalised Challenges within its existing loyalty programme, delivering incremental value and increasing relevance for its customers. The agreement comprises an initial six-month pilot, followed by a three-year contract upon successful completion of the pilot.

Tim Mason, Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Eye, said: "These two new customers are further evidence that Eagle Eye’s proposition is resonating with leading retailers around the world. They strengthen our position in the strategically important North American market and take us into Central America for the first time. Together, they demonstrate the growing demand for our AI-powered loyalty and personalised promotions capabilities and reinforce our confidence in Eagle Eye’s global growth opportunity."
