Following this purchase, Mr Cannon Brookes, together with his persons closely associated ("PCAs"), holds a total of 13,318,181 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.6% per cent. of its issued share capital. This figure includes 5,818,181 Ordinary Shares legally owned by Arlington Asset Management Limited, of which Mr Cannon Brookes is a Director and shareholder.
